“ Here at the Growth Sector the vision is simple, solve problems with highly effective and valuable solutions.

Run with your vision and dreams; believe you can achieve it, you will in due time. I look forward to working with you”

What inspired me to start?

When I left college I found it extremely hard to find a job so that i could fund my dreams and goals, which was confidence shattering for me. After constant rejection and working mediocre roles, I decided to start the Growth Sector. Since then i’ve increased my value substantially and have had many opportunities come my way.

Regardless of all the challenges and failures every single one was a stepping stone to lead me to greater wins.

I give all praise to God; He is my main investor and most importantly i’m grateful for all that He has done through me, and for what He’s going to do next. The best is yet to come!

Core Values

  • We want our people to think differently – that's what's needed to achieve our vision. For us, innovation in action is challenging our own thinking and striving for a continuous improvement mindset because we want to be the best we can be.

  • A culture of respect in the workplace encourages innovation and idea sharing, as well as staff wellbeing, satisfaction, performance, and productivity. When you know that you are valued you are less stressed and more committed to your work.

  • The basic idea of value-centricity is that shared value should be put at the centre, therefore satisfying all parties and creating measurable value. Even if you believe that you have just created a product with undeniable value, in most cases, you have just created benefit — and in the worst case, this benefit is only available for one party.

  • A humble work environment also contributes to job satisfaction and better work production. Leaders who practice humility by asking employees for their opinions, accepting ideas for how to better serve customers and clients and acknowledging team members who have made a difference can make an employee feel empowered and validated.

  • Gratitude holds significant importance in the workplace, benefiting both individuals and the overall organisational environment. Incorporating gratitude into the workplace doesn't need to be complex; simple gestures such as saying "thank you," acknowledging achievements publicly, or offering regular feedback can make a significant impact. Gratitude has a ripple effect, improving overall job satisfaction, collaboration, and organisational success.
